We are able to service, repair and/or replace any of you favorite Rheem products. In our experience Rheem are the top of the crop when it comes to reliability and after sales services. We find a high number of their older systems especially 4 star gas units lasting over 20 years with no issues and no servicing. They are on the high side of the price scale with some systems especially Rinnai having better pricing for the length of warranty. But when it comes to piece of mind and reliability you cant look past the Rheem.

 

Would we install one on our own house? -

 

For electric and gas storage systems the answer is YES. But like everything it depends on the situation, new water heaters are not made like they used to be. And for a very good reason, Braemar systems lasted anywhere upto 50 years and they no longer exist. Its in the manufacturers best interest for the systems to last with no issues to not long after their warranty period. If you were to sell your house in the near future a Vulcan would be perfect, but if you were there for the long haul we would definitely look towards the Rheem systems especially the Stellar stainless units where available. When it comes to instantaneous gas units you cannot go past Rinnai. They are generally cheaper and last and last without any issues.
