Status Monitor

 

The front cover of the Infinity range incorporates a status operation monitor which displays the temperature the water heater is set too. In the very unlikely event of a problem, a code will display to help the service technician quickly identify and resolve the issue.

Temperature Controllers

 

Enhance your Rinnai Infinity water heater experience with the addition of temperature controllers. Simply set your desired water temperature, turn on the hot tap and enjoy – controllers help to conserve water and minimises temperature fluctuations.

 

What JR has to say-

 

We are able to service, repair and/or replace any of you favorite Rinnai products. In our experience Rinnai are the top of the crop when it comes to reliability and after sales services for any kind of gas appliance. We find a high number of their older systems especially infinity gas units lasting over 20 years with no issues and no servicing. All there products are generally on the lower end of the price scale and top of the warranty and reliability scale. When it comes to their electric storage systems they are relatively new to the market, but based of the quality of recent products and length of warranty they have to be at the top of your list for a new system.

 

Would we install one on our own house? -

 

When it comes to continuous flow gas systems we wouldnt even look at another product. In our experience they are superior. If its a gas or electric storage unit they would be near the top of our list but have not been supplying systems in Australia long enough for us to have  much info on longevity. Based on previous products we would say they would be a great option but we would steer towards a Rheem for at least the next 10 years.
