We are able to service, repair and/or replace any of you favorite Vulcan products. In our experience even tho Vulcan are at the lower end of the price and warranty scale they are one of the more reliable products on the market. Vulcan is a Rheem owned company and the majority of its systems are still Australian made with some of the smaller units now being made in South East Asia.

 

Would we install one on our own house? -

 

Short answer is yes. But like everything it depends on the situation, new water heaters are not made like they used to be. And for a very good reason, Braemar systems lasted anywhere upto 50 years and they no longer exist. Its in the manufacturers best interest for the systems to last with no issues to not long after their warranty period. If you were to sell your house in the near future a Vulcan would be perfect, but if you were there for the long haul we would definitely look towards the Rheem systems especially the Stellar stainless units where available.
